Curriculum

We have a very well-developed curriculum for all age groups. Please reach out to us for more details of activities and tasks for each development area.

Physical: Fine & Gross Motor Skills

Infants: Research tells us that babies who begin work on their fine motor control earlier in life are generally smarter. Additionally, experts believe that fine motor skills are connected to several other areas of development, especially our executive function skills which help us organize and prioritize things. Our activities help develop the ability to coordinate and control large and small muscle movements; increasing awareness of health and safety concepts. We also focus on activities that develop eye hand co-ordination

Toddlers & Pre-Schoolers: The ability to coordinate and control large and small muscle movements, and control their strength. Kids also have an increasing awareness of health and safety concepts.

Cognitive Skills

Infants: Cognitive development for infants defines the ability to solve problems, to make predictions, and understand the impact of their behavior on others. It helps them to understand their world. We encourage them to learn about their surroundings by using all of their senses.

Toddlers: Children in this age group develop the ability to think critically, creatively, and understand the world around them. We encourage them to participate in activities and games that help with these indicators.

Pre-Schoolers: Proper cognitive development in pre schoolers  is essential for information processing, self-recognition, reasoning, memory, problem solving, and language development. We engage the kids in increasingly complex activities that help them understand these concepts, learn more about the world around them, and learn to identify and index key information. In alignment with common core standards, wide range of topics are covered, including phonics, sight word recognition, vocabulary, grammar and reading comprehension.

Social & Emotional Skills; Language & Literacy

Infants: Infants discover what's unique about themselves and others. They learn how to interact effectively with others using sounds, expressions, body language, and oral language and build awareness of their own emotions. They also begin to understand their relationships with family, friends, and community members.

Toddlers: Kids understand themselves and start behaving like individuals as they learn what's unique about themselves and their differences from others. They develop mechanisms to interact while also better understanding their own emotions. They identify, understand, and interact with family, friends, and community members.

Pre-Schoolers: Kids are able to differentiate themselves from others, with a better handle of their emotions. They interact more with others and participate in group activities and interactions. They learn how to take turns and share. They also understand their relationships with people around them - family, friends, and community members.

We help develop the language skills and an increased vocabulary as children with more developed language skills can find it easier to understand basic concepts. We use variety of  worksheets and tools for kids to achieve high level of language literacy.

Creative: Art & Craft

Infants: Creativity through art and crafts plays an important role as it improves hand-eye coordination. These activities helps kids to build confidence by providing a sense of achievement and allowing them to take pride in their work.

Toddlers/ Pre-Schoolers: Art helps unleash child's imagination and creativity. Kids can use movement, music, visual arts, and drama to communicate feelings and ideas.
